3rd st market hall & the avenue
Sign Art Studio played a crucial role in realizing the design vision for both Kahler Slater and The Kubala Washatko teams, contributing to the creation of both the exterior and interior signage. Working closely with the design teams and owners, we refined the concepts and brought them to life.
Location: Milwaukee, WI • Developers/Owners: Hempel Real Estate • Designers: Kahler Slater, The Kubala Washatko Architects, Sign Art Studio
One of the standout achievements of our involvement was the design of the lighting plan for the main rooftop 3rd St Market Hall Sign, drawing inspiration from the iconic signs of yesteryear in Las Vegas.
This project was a perfect fit for our skillset, which includes technical aluminum and steel fabrication, hand lettering, vinyl application, neon, LED, high rise crane work, complex planning and coordination, as well as excellent communication and management. We are proud to have been able to leverage all of these capabilities to deliver exceptional results.
