HOW WE WORK

Our process has been specifically developed to provide a fun, creative, and exciting signage experience like no other. Lets make signs not war!

  • One of our Account Executive meets with you and your team to determine scope and budgets. Here we also perform an initial survey.

  • Our design team produces initial concept designs.

  • After you have selected a direction based on our initial concepts we provide an updated design with enough details for our team to provide an estimate.

  • The design is sent to our internal estimating team for pricing study. The estimating team then sends pricing along with comments back to the design team for any additional updates.

  • Design team produces approval drawing with any updates requested by the estimating team.

  • You and your Account Executive meet to review the design and Pricing approval. From here we request that the initial design and Estimate approval are signed off on in order to proceed with the Project. Once you sign off on the initial approval, your Account Executive will introduce you to your Project Manager who will Take the project over.

  • Once the project has been signed off on, we will proceed with a formal survey if one is needed. One of our Survey Specialist will perform an in depth survey of all site conditions.

  • After the Formal Survey is completed, our team will review to See if any site conditions will impact design or pricing. If so We will produce both a final drawing and quote for your approval.

  • After all final documents are approved, your Project Manager will submit your project for permitting if needed. Most projects require a permit. There may be a chance that your signage will require an update based on what the local municipality’s response is. If there is an update, you will receive a notification from your PM. They will provide any final design or pricing updates at this time. Once the permit is approved your PM will also provide a final timeline for completion.

  • Once your permit has been approved, it will move to Pre-Production. Here is where all build plans will be produced. This includes all final methods of fabrication. These plans are also sometimes called Shop Drawings.

  • Once Pre-Production is complete, your project will now be fabricated by one of our artisans. This is typcially the longest phase of the project. Your PM will be sending you images of your project being built as well as any other updates as they arise. You will also be introduced to our Field Operations team who will be working with you and your team to coordinate installation.

  • After production is complete, your Field Operations Coordinator will have your install scheduled. They will be in touch to confirm that the site is ready for our team. Once the site is confirmed ready our Field Operations crew will arrive to install your signage.

  • After your project is complete, your Field Operations Coordinator will send completion photos, as well as warranty and care instructions. Your Account Executive will be in touch to follow up and make sure you are happy with the finished product. Finally you will receive your final invoice.
